Enjoy your trip with Reel Time Fishing Charters, family owned, and operating out of Bradenton, FL. Your adventure starts aboard a 29-foot Dusky, which comes powered by twin 2019 Suzuki 200 HP outboard engines with a maximum cruising speed of 55 knots. Originally built in 1987, the vessel was restored in 2015 and is rigged with navigational electronics, including a GPS, a VHF radio, and a fish finder. A live bait tank is fitted on board, as well as an ice-box to keep the catch fresh during the day, a bed for you to relax in between the bites, and outriggers with downriggers for a professional fishing experience. This is a spacious fishing machine with a carrying capacity of six anglers. Reel Time Charters specializes in four, six, and eight-hour trips for a great variety of species, including Tarpon, Redfish, Cobia, Permit, Snook, Grouper, Snapper, Trout, Shark, and Hogfish to name a few. 

The Captain
Captain Jared Mong is USCG licensed and insured. Jared grew up in Bradenton and has fished the waters around Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Tampa Bay since he was a kid. He will help you pick the bait and tackle and location of where you fish depending on which species you would like to catch. Most of all he is there to make sure you have an amazing time on the water.

Reel Time Fishing Charters fishes from Sarasota to Tampa Bay along with Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Holmes Beach, it all depends on what’s biting. If you’re after a Redfish in the flats or a grouper in the Gulf, we’re there to catch ’em!

What To Expect
Reel Time Fishing Charters uses the best methods to catch the local fish, which include light and heavy tackle, bottom and drift fishing, trolling, jigging, and spinning.

A trip with Reel Time Fishing Charters comes inclusive with rods, reels, tackle, live bait, and the licenses for you and your group. If you decide to keep the catch, it will be cleaned and filleted for you at the end of the trip for a ride home, where you could taste it for dinner later. If you want, feel free to bring your own food and drinks with you.
